Caregivers: Depending on the level of the required care, we do critical nurse assistant. This type of care is for clients who need care beyond minor assistance. Our caregivers are certified nurse asssistants (CNA). But we also provide companionship
Live Ins: Our workforce include acre givers who would come to your home and provide twenty-four hour care for you or your loved ones. We usually ask for a comprehensive care plan to determine what is expected of us. The advantage is that you will be right there in your own to supervice the care you or loved one receives. An elderly couple who live alone come as a package. Our live Ins would cook, do laundery and clean your home so that you may have time to do whatever your heart desires.
Alan's Haven: This is a fully house situated in Littleton that is more than an ideal alternative to a nursing home. It is the perfect place for clients who are diagnosed with FTD or Alzheimer's at a relatively youger age. The typical nursing home population comprised of the elderly who are no longer capable of doing anything for themselves. The alternative for younger people with an early onset of these deadly brain diseases is a lockdown facility along with the criminally and mentally insane. Come to Alan's Haven and consider placing your loved one with us instead of a nursing. Our "open door" policy gives you keys to the house so that you can impromtu viists. You are not required to notify us when stop by.
Doctors' Appointments: We take clients to routine doctors appointments. We ould pick you up in our own transportation or drive you to your appointment using your tranportation if you prefer. If you live in the Denver metro area, no matter the location of your doctor's office, we would pick you up or your loved one and will be there on time.
Prayer Partners: We are not a Church and we are by no means trying to convert you. But if you believe in prayer and need someone to pray for you, or pray with you, we would match you with a caring person. If you don't believe in prayer but you are open to try it, we encourage you to do so. Thre are unbelievable miracles that may only be opened by the power of prayer.
Talk Buddies: Caring for a demented family member can be overwheliming and sometimes feels like the caring family member cannot take it any more. If you have felt like this lately and wish there was someone you can talk to, your wish is about to come true. Our talk buddies are good listeners and they can talk with you at any time and as often as you like. Have some who can empathize with you, take you out to lunch ro for a cup of coffee.
